Required Information

  • Transaction ID (TXID): Essential for deposit/withdrawal issues.
  • Order ID: Required for all dispute mediation.
  • Username: Exact account name (case sensitive).
  • PGP Public Key: Attach if you lost 2FA access.

Security Warnings

  • Staff will NEVER ask for your PIN or Private Key.
